What the package contains
A multi-resolution favicon.ico (16, 32 and 48 pixels), PNG icons at 16 and 32, a 180 pixel apple-touch-icon, 192 and 512 pixel PWA icons, a starter site.webmanifest, the exact link tags to paste into your head, and a short README. Resizing uses Catmull-Rom resampling on our API; your image is processed in memory and never stored.
Sizing notes
Google Search supports favicons from 8x8 up, requires a square aspect ratio, and recommends resolutions above 48x48 - all of which this package provides. Google doesn't guarantee that a favicon will appear in search results. For detailed marks, check the 16px preview: simplified artwork often works better at very small sizes.
