You can cancel at any time from the dashboard. Your plan remains active until the end of the paid period, and your first subscription payment is covered by our 14-day refund guarantee.
Cancelling
You can cancel any subscription from your dashboard at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan and quota remain active until the end of the current paid period. We do not pro-rate partial months on cancellation.
14-day guarantee
If you are not happy within 14 days of your first paid subscription, contact us and we will refund that payment in full, whether you are a consumer or a business. This sits alongside, and does not reduce, your statutory rights.
Consumers: your statutory cooling-off rights
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a digital service contract. By using the service during that period (making API renders), you request immediate supply and acknowledge that if you cancel, we may deduct a proportionate charge for use to date. Our 14-day guarantee above may provide a more generous refund. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
Renewals and mistakes
We do not refund renewal payments once a new period has started, with one exception. If you forgot to cancel and have made no renders in the new period, contact us within 7 days of the renewal and we will refund it.
For Ironfang Finance, this unused-renewal exception means no validation or generation operations have counted towards your paid allowance in the new period. Viewing or downloading existing results does not count as new usage.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 working days. To request one, use the contact form from your account email address.
