Paid usage paused. HTTP 402.

What it means

The free allowance is used up and paid usage is paused on the billing account. Nothing was accepted or charged.

What to do

Resume paid usage in Billing, or wait for the free allowance to renew at reset_at.

detail: What happened this time, safe to show to a person. It never carries invoice content.

outcome: Absent. This code is not a statement about any document.
